Apple Crisp
Directions
REcipe makes 6 individual serving or 1 8x8 baking dish serving 6-8
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl add apples, sugar, lemon juice and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Fold together until apples are coated.
Use 2 TB of butter to coat a 8x8 baking dish (you can also use individual baking dishes like pictured)
Fill buttered dish or dishes with diced apple mixture.
In a separate bowl combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
Work diced butter into the flour, oat mixture. Use fork, rubber spatula or fingers to make sure butter gets broken up into and throughout the mixture.
Pack the topping mixture on top of apples in the buttered pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow to cool. Serve alone or with ice-cream and enjoy!

Apple Crisp
INGREDIENTS
6 apples, peeled and smeduim diced ( I used a mixture of fuji and granny smith)
2 TB granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
2 TB Butter
Topping
3/4 cup whole grain oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, diced into small cubes
pinch of salt
