REcipe makes 1 cup of pesto
Combine basil, pine nuts, garlic and parm in the food processor, pulse until mixture becomes smooth and blended
Slowing stream in olive oil until just combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan-Reggiano
3 Garlic Cloves
1/3 cup toasted Pines Nuts
