2 oz Cognac

3/4 oz Triple Sec

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Brown Sugar Rim

1 Lemon Wedge

2 tsp Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1/4 tsp Allspice

Lemon Peel (optional)

 
 
Directions
  1. Trace the rim of a martini glass with a lemon wedge until it is fully coated.

  2. Mix brown sugar rim ingredients and spread in an even layer on a small dish.

  3. Tip the wet rim of the martini glass into the brown sugar mixture until the rim is coated.

  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine cognac, triple sec, lemon juice and shake vigorously.

  5. Strain into the rimmed martini glass.

  6. Garnish with lemon peel.

  7. Enjoy!
