Directions
REcipe makes 2 10 inch Flatbread pizzas
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, salt and garlic powder in large bowl and whisk.
Create a well and add olive oil and water. Mix with rubber spatula until combined.
Knead dough about 10 times or until smooth.
Let rest in clean bowl, loosely covered for 10 mins.
Roll dough out 1/4 inch thickness
To cook, heat skillet, bring to med-high heat. Add 1 tablesppon of oil and brown on each side for 1-2 minutes or bake in oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes with or without pizza sauce and toppings.

1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon fine Salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup cold water
Fresh/ Dried Herbs to taste
