Gingerbread Latte

Recipe

makes Two servings

Gingerbread Latte
1 cup milk, whole (you can use almond or any other kind)

1 cup strong coffee or espresso
2 TB molasses
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon

Optional Garnish
Whipped Cream

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 TB powdered sugar

Caramel

Gingerbread Cookies

 
 
Directions
  1. In a small sauce pan heat milk and molasses until steaming about 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add in spices and sugar and whisk until the milk is foamy, about 30 seconds.

  3. In a coffee mug with a 1/2 cup of espresso (or coffee) , pour in the frothed milk. Top with whipped cream, caramel and gingerbread cookie crumbs!
    4. Enjoy!
