Hot Lemon Pepper Wings

What better way to celebrate my 2 year Atlantaversary than with some crispy, flavorful Lemon Pepper Wings! Make these extra saucy by dipping them into buffalo sauce after coating with lemon pepper sprinkles! I included an easy recipe for my honey garlic sauce, this compliments the wing flavor and helps balance out the flavors (optional but definitely recommended)! Find the ingredients you need here:

2 lbs of wingettes and drumettes

2 TB lemon pepper seasoning

2 quarts of oil for deep frying ( peanut oil preferred)

1 TB fresh minced parsley

Buffalo Sauce
2 oz Hot Sauce
2 oz. Melted Butter

Honey Garlic Sauce (optional)
2 oz Honey
4 chopped cloves of garlic

Red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and pepper to taste!

Directions

1. Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Fry wings in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

3. Toss hot wings in lemon pepper. Reserving 1 TB for garnish and additional flavor.

4. Immediately coat wings in buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley and remaining lemon pepper. (Optional) Lightly drizzle honey garlic sauce over wings.

5. Enjoy!
