Lobster Roll
Pair these lobster rolls with Dry (or Trocken as they say in German) Riesling!
INGREDIENTS
4-4oz lobster tails
2 Brioche Hotdog Buns
Butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, old-bay style seasoning
Optional Garnish: bibb lettuce, lemon wedges and chives
Lobster Roll
Makes 2 Servings | 20 min Prep & Cook Time
Directions
1. Gently steam butterflied lobster tails in salted water for 5-6 minutes, until lobster meat is opaque.
2. Remove lobster meat from shells and cut or tear into chucks then set aside.
3. Spread softened butter on the outer sides of the brioche buns. Toast each side of the bun until golden brown and set aside on a serving plate.
4. Place lobster meat and 3 TB of butter in a sauté pan and toss until the lobster is fully coated.
5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and old bay-style seasoning and split lobster evenly between the 2 buns.
