Love Drunk Lobster Tails

serve with Maison Noir’s Love Drunk Rose

2 Lobster Tails (cleaned and butterflied)

2 TB Butter

1/4 cup of Rose Wine

1 TB Chopped Parsley

1 tsp Minced Shallot

2 cloves of Minced Garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste


 
 

Directions


1. Heat wine, butter, wine, salt, pepper, herbs, shallot and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat.

2. Once butter melts spoon the sauce over cleaned and butterflied lobster tails.

3. Turn broiler on high and place lobster tails on a lined baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes (or 1 minute per oz). Shell should be bright red and meat pinkish white.

4. Serve with lemons and enjoy!
