Roasted Broccolini
This simple, healthy side is a great compliment to any meal. You are welcome to add more or omit flavor to match your preference. The red pepper flakes add the perfect kick!
Ingredients
1lb Broccolini
2 TB Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
3 cloves of garlic chopped
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place broccolini on a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Drizzle with lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and toss to coat.
4. Roast for 12 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle chopped garlic on broccolini and roast for 2-3 more minutes until tendered and lightly charred.
