Super Bowl Wings

 

Find the ingredients you need here:

2 lbs of wingettes and drumettes

2 TB lemon pepper seasoning

2 quarts of oil for deep frying ( peanut oil preferred)

1 TB fresh minced parsley

Buffalo Sauce
2 oz Hot Sauce
2 oz. Melted Butter

Honey Garlic Sauce (optional)
2 oz Honey
4 chopped cloves of garlic

Red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and pepper to taste!


 
 

Directions


1. Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


2. Fry wings in batches until golden brown, about 7-9 minutes per batch.

For Hot Lemon Pepper Wings
- Toss hot wings in lemon pepper. Reserving 1 TB for garnish and additional flavor.

- Immediately coat wings in buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley and remaining lemon pepper. (Optional) Lightly drizzle honey garlic sauce over wings.

 

For Garlic Parmesan Wings

-Toss fried wings in butter, salt, pepper, herbs, garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese.

For Barbiyaki Wings

-Combine 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce and 1/2 Cup Teriyaki Sauce. In a large bowl toss fried wings with sauce until fully coated.
