TERIYAKI BURGER with Grilled Pineapples
Makes 4 Servings | 30 min Prep & Cook Time
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and 3 TB of teriyaki sauce. Mix together and form beef into 4 patties, about ½ wider than the burger buns. Add a slight depression to the center to minimize mounding while cooking.
2. Place burger in refrigerator to marinate for at least a few hours or overnight, if possible.
3. Brush pineapple rings and onion slices with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Preheat grill for five minutes. Grill burgers for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they reach desired doneness. Lightly grill your pineapples and sliced onion at the same time.
5. Optional: Grill your buns, add butter to the inside of each bun and lightly grill until toasty.
6. Build your burger: bun, lettuce, burger, as much teriyaki sauce as your heart desires, grilled pineapple and onions.
7. Enjoy, and Prost Every Moment this summer with family and friends!
