FALL COCKTAIL GUIDE

WHITE PEAR SANGRIA

Recipe

serves 6-8

1 Bottle of White Wine (dry)

1 cup Pear Juice

1 cup Brandy

2 Pears cubed

1 Orange sliced

5 Whole Cloves

2 Cinnamon Sticks

12oz Ginger Beer

 

 
 
Directions
  1. Gather pitcher, all ingredients, and fruit. Add chopped pears and sliced oranges to pitcher.

  2. Add wine, brandy, pear juice, cinnamon sticks and cloves.

  3. Stir and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to chill.

  4. Fill wine glasses with ice and use wooden spoon to scoop fruit into glasses then fill with sangria.

  5. Top each glass with a splash of ginger beer.

  6. Enjoy!
